lol any opourtunity to charge u less
Sent the phone of working and in great condition and what i got back was some one elses.
Envirophone is not what i would recomend to any one.
it felt like i was not valued as a customer and the support they have on the web site is limited. alos as a student with out a land line had to call the the people that run the site only to reciev infomation on how they where soorry but they was nothing they could do. a i got charged for the call in my eyes i lost money and thefore feel like i paid them for the shoddy service. all in all i did get my phone back but it had developed scrachests where they were none previously and it had stoped working.
