You've heard the jokes - women drivers....well fear not, men are not laughing at your expense any longer. Us girls have always been burdened by paying overpriced car insurance costs because of insurance companies insuring our male counterparts as well as us females. With the rising cost of motoring, women have decided that they no longer want to pay for mens mistakes. Compared to men, womens car insurance is cheaper, and with specialist female only insurers like Sheilas Wheels and Diamond, womens car insurance can be even cheaper.
Statistics show that women are generally much safer drivers than men and therefore are less likely to become involved in road accidents. It is due to these lovely statistics that car insurance companies tend to offer cheaper car insurance to women drivers.

If you want to decrease your car insurance premium, a great way to start is by purchasing the right car. When I use the phrase 'right car', I mean a vehicle that is inexpensive to insure. In general you should avoid buying the following types of cars because these are far more expensive to insure:
• Sports Cars and Luxury Vehicles
• Big 4x4s
• Vehicles that require High Repair Costs
• Vehicles with a High Theft Record
So ladies if you want cheap womens car insurance then try a women only car insurance provider. By cutting out the make risk, they pass the savings on to us - meaning you could save yourself a tidt sum. After all, I can think of better things to spend my money on.. |
